I had a great time at this hotel. The staff were very friendly despite the language barrier between us. They answered all of my questions with a smile. The food was delicious, especially the New Year's Eve dinner which was really special. The room was spacious and clean, and I was pleased with the facilities available such as the spa and swimming pool.
Nothing, no complaints at all.

The location of the hotel is convenient, as it is close to the ski resort. The friendly staff and delicious food were the best aspects of my stay. the facilities, such as the swimming pool and spa, were enjoyable.
The size of the dining room was small and not suited to the capacity of the hotel, making it crowded during meal times. the rooms were average and lacked some necessary amenities.

We had a fabulous stay at the only 4-star hotel in the area. The restaurant offered a good variety of dishes with high quality. The staff was very attentive to our needs and helpful with recommendations. The baby club was a nice touch for families. The sauna, hot tub, and Turkish bath were great for relaxation. The rooms were cozy, and some had great mountain views. The free Wi-Fi was a plus.
We wished the ski lift was closer to the hotel to avoid walking with our equipment.

The hotel had a good location near the ski lift, making it easy to hit the slopes. the breakfast and dinner options were quite extensive and most importantly, the Wi-Fi was free.
The rooms were average and nothing stood out, the staff was unfriendly and seemed uninterested in helping me when I ran into some issues. it felt like an average hotel and I wouldn't recommend it for a business trip or a special occasion.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The room was spacious and not small at all, providing me with enhanced comfort during my time here. The staff were incredibly friendly and although there was a language barrier, they always went above and beyond to help me with anything I needed. The dinner served was delicious, and the New Year's Eve dinner was exceptional. The spa and swimming pool were top-notch, although sometimes it got a bit crowded.
I had a wonderful experience at this hotel and would highly recommend it to my friends.
